Prospectives sur l'évolution des règles de la concurrence inter-entreprises dans le système économique bulgare

The study begins with explanations over the nature and the place of the competition in an eastern block country. Follows a preliminary chapter dedicated to the bulgarian economic system. The first chapter covers the evolution of the structures linked to the production organization. Are examined: the forms of concentration and their functions, the "complexes", the subsidiaries. Actually formations of various nature are boosting an increased autonomy among their members. The second chapter covers the competitive behavior. Competition related elements like : the actual planification, the centralized prices, the fiscal and the credit systems are explained. The competition in the production comprises : the economic account, the counter-plan, the auto-financing, the wage policy that in the distribution area is examined over the internal and the external aspects. The study of a new regulations project and topics related to the foreign trade are used as a conclusion. An appendix valid for 1987 ends the study.

L'etude commence par des explications sur la notion et la place de la concurrence dans un pays de l'est. Suit une partie preliminaire consacree au cadre economique bulgare. La premiere partie est centree sur l'evolution des structures de l'organisation de la production. Sont examines: les formes de concentration et leur fonctionnement, les regimes des "complexes" et des filiales. Actuellement des formations de nature variee assurent une autonomie accrue au niveau de leurs composantes. La deuxieme partie couvre le comportement concurrentiel. Des elements predeterminants la concurrence comme: la planification actuelle, les prix centralises, le systeme fiscal et le credit sont etudies. La concurrence dans la production comprend: le calcul economique, le contre-plan l'autofinancement, la politique salariale. Celle dans la distribution est examinee sur le plan interne et externe: l'etude d'un projet de reglement et de certains aspects du commerce exterieur sert de conclusion. Une annexe valable pour 1987 termine l'etude.
