The bulk of the different works are oriented towards banking and financial law, and especially its international aspects. It is an attempt to systematize the main operations in the international banking field, from a legal stand point. Studies have been conducted of the applicable law to international banking operations, the financing operations (prefinancing, international discounting, supplier's credit, buyer's credit, international leasing, financing credit) the off-balance sheet operations (first demand guarantees, documentary credits, letters of indemnity). The other works have been devoted to certain peculiar aspects of the same topics or to other banking operations like swaps, netting, unit trusts or to international legal aspects of bankruptcy or agency agreements.

L'ensemble des travaux est orienté vers le droit bancaire et financier et tout particulièrement dans ses aspects internationaux. Il tente de systématiser la présentation des principales opérations bancaires internationales dans leur aspect juridique selon le schéma suivant : droit applicable aux opérations bancaires internationales, opérations de crédit par caisse (préfinancements, mobilisation de créances sur l'étranger, crédits fournisseurs à moyen et long terme, crédits acheteurs, location financière internationale, crédits financiers) et les opérations de crédit par signature (garantie à première demande, crédit documentaire, lettre de garantie pour absence de connaissement). Les autres travaux sont soit consacrés à des aspects plus particuliers de ces mêmes sujets, soit tournés vers d'autres opérations bancaires comme les swapas, le netting, les fonds communs de placement, soit vers les aspects internationaux des problèmes comme ceux soulevés par la faillite ou le mandat.
