The purpose of this thesis is to study the notion of conflict of interest in the stock exchange regulation field and the corresponding measures taken within the scope of the conduct of business rules. The analysis of the notion of conflict of interests is based upon a legal approach in connection with fiduciary duties and the study of practical situations of conflicts. Following a brief summary of the conduct of business rules and their application in france and great-britain, the applicable controls (chinese walls) and sanctions are reviewed.

Cette these se propose d'etudier la notion de conflit d'interets en matiere boursiere et la maniere dont les regles de deontologie boursiere en france et en grande-bretagne ont apporte des reponses a ce phenomene. L'analyse de la notion de conflit d'interets se fonde sur une approche juridique qui repose sur le contrat de mandat et l'etude de situations pratiques de conflits. Apres un rappel de ce qu'est la deontologie boursiere et la mise en oeuvre de celle-ci en france et en grande-bretagne, les controles deontologiques (murailles de chine) et les sanctions applicables sont etudies.
