Saoudi arabia plays an important role in the development and the investissment processus in the country. But, to play this role, saoudi arabia needs the private field and the help of stranger firms. The existence of a saoui sponsor is compulsory to help the stranger firm to obtain the bargains. If there is a conflict, the saoudi judge must resolve the problem. But the stranger firm prefers the arbitrage.

L'arabie saoudite jour un role important dans le developpement et le processus d'investissement dans le pays. Mais l'etat ne peut seul realiser les objectifs fixes dans les plans de developpement, sans le concours du secteur prive et des societes etrangeres. La presence d'un intermediaire saoudien pour aider l'entreprise etrangere a obtenir un marche public est devenue obligatoire. En cas de differends, le juge saoudien est competent. Encore que l'investisseur etranger prefere recourir a l'arbitrage.
