From the law of July the 16th 1971 modified by the law of July the 11th 1972 setting up the building agreement in regard to the detached-house, the foreman's protection has not stopped to increase. The emergence of the consumption right as regards building water has come to strengthen this protection. Moreover the law of December the 149th 1990 completes this specific rule. The building agreement of a detached-house including a draft, an undertaking agreement with legal contents amenable to law and order, can be considered out of all the contacts allowing the property accession of a detached-house, the one which presents the best guaranties of good carrying out.

Depuis la loi du 16 juillet 1971 modifiée par la loi du 11 juillet 1972 instituant le contrat de construction de maison individuelle, la protection du maître de l'ouvrage n'a cessé de s'accroître. L'émergence du droit de la consommation en matière immobilière est venue renforcer cette protection. La loi du 19 décembre 1990 parfait encore cette règlementation spécifique. Le contrat de construction d'une maison individuelle avec fourniture du plan, contrat d'entreprise à contenu légal soumis à ordre public, est de tous les contrats permettant l'accession à la propriété d'une maison individuelle celui qui présente les meilleures garanties de bonne exécution.
