Contrats classification can be renewed from the object of contract, and however we do not take in consideration cause. This classification is based on a distinction made between special, specialized and dispecialized contract. Its allows to appraise exactly how obligatory the contract is and can constitute the beginnings of a remedies theory.

La classification des contrats peut etre renouvelee a partir de la notion d'objet et abstraction faite de la cause. Cette classification repose sur une distinction entre le contrat special, le contrat specialise et le contrat despecialise. Elle permet d'evaluer la force obligatoire dont chaque contrat est dote et peut constituer l'amorce d'une theorie generale des sanctions.
