The example of the staggering growing of the United Arab Emirates, within forty years only, represents a great interest on the international scene, for both developing countries and industrializing countries. That’s why, we have studied the underlying root causes that furthered the take-off of the Federation regarding the economic lift-off and the social development notably. This analysis led us to a better understanding of this phenomenon. It is a thorough economic study to understand the future challenges that the United Arab Emirates will have to face notably at legal, social and geopolitical levels. Therefore, this study presents multiple objectives and is likely to interest both international companies established in the emirates territory and the emirates society itself in so far as we try to identify the United Arab Emirates current politics in the domain of commercial and economic growing. Besides, we strive to foresee all kind of faults that may occur in the system. So, we have led a critical and analytical study of this phenomenon attaching particular attention to the future challenges, focusing on different questions: What are the economic key factors of success of the United Arab Emirates? What are the impacts of the investment policy of the United Arab Emirates on the social and political stability? What are the new geopolitical challenges of the United Arab Emirates? Is the United Arab Emirates model transferable?

L’exemple du développement fulgurant des Emirats Arabes Unis (EAU), en à peine quarante ans, constitue un grand intérêt sur la scène internationale, tant pour les pays développés que pour les pays en voie de développement. Ainsi nous avons examiné les événements qui ont favorisé le décollage de la Fédération au niveau économique et social, cela afin de comprendre les facteurs favorisant ce développement. Il s’agit d’une étude approfondie sur le plan économique pour comprendre les enjeux futurs des Emirats Arabes Unis, notamment au niveau juridique, mais également au niveau social et géopolitique. Cette étude présente alors des objectifs multiples et est susceptible d’intéresser tant les sociétés internationales implantées sur le territoire émirati, que la société émiratie elle-même dans la mesure où nous tentons d’identifier la politique actuelle des Emirats Arabes Unis en termes de développement économique et commercial et où nous nous attachons à prévoir toute sorte de failles pouvant survenir dans le système. Nous avons donc mené une étude à la fois analytique et critique du phénomène émirati en accordant une attention particulière aux enjeux futurs à travers différentes questions : Quels sont les facteurs de la réussite économique des Emirats Arabes Unis ? Quels sont les impacts de la politique d’investissement des Emirats Arabes Unis sur la stabilité sociale et politique ? Quels sont les nouveaux défis géopolitiques des Emirats Arabes Unis ? Le modèle de développement des Emirats Arabes Unis est-il transposable ?
