The joint-property of buildings belongs to the urban history of auvergne, and principaly of its chief city clermont-ferrand, with also its particularities, experiments and projects. Placed under the modified law on the tenth of july 1965 and its decree, the joint-property is exactly organized, sometimes with excess, in structures and administration of the collectivity. However, a few new figures are setting to arise, different sometimes of the standard joint-property and its legislation. The usual texts are interpreted without great originality, by the jurisdictions of riom's court of appeal and by "professionals", who have yet certain intentions to change the actual statute and to contribue to the evolution of that old establishment. With some arrangements of the legislation and the pursuit of its efforts, auvergne appears to be able to keep confidence, for the future, in the landed joint property.

La copropriete des immeubles batis fait partie de l'histoire urbaine de l'auvergne et principalement de sa capitale regionale clermont-ferrand, avec aussi ses particularites, ses experiences et ses projets. Soumise a la loi du 10 juillet 1965 modifiee et a son decret d'application, elle est organisee avec precision, parfois avec exces, dans les structures de la collectivite et dans sa gestion. Cependant, quelques formes nouvelles tendent a voir le jour, se demarquant parfois de la copropriete classique et de sa legislation. Les textes en vigueur sont interpretes sans grande originalite, par les juridiction du ressort de la cour d'appel de riom et par les praticiens (professionnels de l'immobilier), animes toutefois de certaines idees visant a modifier le statut actuel et a contribuer a l'evolution d'une institution ancienne. Avec quelques amenagements de la legislation et la poursuite de ses efforts, l'auvergne semble pouvoir garder confiance en l'avenir dans le domaine de la copropriete immobiliere.
