The study of port politics and legislations in African French speaking countries makes notice two big movements of politic and legal life : The first shows the process of al the States of the continent, as far back as their independence, got progressively endowed of a legal and politic arsenal ; The second puts out the practice of the port politics and the legislation in the African french speaking countries. In the first part of this study, we tried to evoke on one art the legal colonial inheritance, and on the other part the influence of the international conventions integration and the communal relations in the african port system. The second part that falls on the practice of the port politics and legislations centres on two major ideas : The first consisted to define and specify the different fields of the port politics and legislation practice ; The second identified on one part, the difficulties to apply those texts an on the other, the problematic of those legislations reform. At the end of the study, we clearly evoked the Africans realities

L'étude des législations et politiques portuaires en Afrique francophone met en évidence deux grands mouvements de la vie juridique et politique :-Le premier montre la démarche de l'ensemble des états du continent qui, dès leur indépendance, se sont progressivement dotés d'un arsenal juridique et politique ;-Le second met en lumière l'application de ces législations et politiques portuaires en Afrique francophone. Dans la première partie de cette étude, nous avons tenté d'évoquer d'une part l'héritage juridique colonial, et d'autre part l'influence de l'intégration des conventions internationales et des relations communautaires dans le système portuaire africain. La seconde partie qui porte sur l'application des législations et polkitiques portuaires s'articule autour de deux idées majeures :-la première a consisté à définir et à préciser les différents domaines d'application de ces législations et politiques portuaires :-la seconde a identifié d'un côté , les difficultés d'applicatioin de ces textes et de l'autre, la problématique de la réform de ces législations. Au terme de cette étude, nous avons évoqué clairement les réalités africaines.
