In every institution (primary school, junior-high, or high-school) of private catholic education exists explicitly or implicitly an educational project inspired by the gospel. This project, offered to all partners (parents, teachers, administrators, students) leads to coherence in the educational system. To achieve a better understanding of this reality and in view of its "optimisation", the research has been centered around two axes : 1) analysis of the theoretical model applied to any educational community in private catholic education. This model can be defined as an individualized, active, structured, evolutionary system. 2) study of the procedure of the concrete system through its integration in the anthropo-social system, the organisation of adult-education, the setting of computarized pedagogy and the opinions of the actors facing the renewal of the junior-high (1srt secondary cycle)

Dans chaque etablissement (ecole, college ou lycee) de l'enseignement prive catholique existe explicitement ou implicitement un projet educatif inspire par l'evangile. Ce projet propose aux divers partenaires (parents, enseignants, administrateurs, eleves) contribue a la coherence de la communaute educative. Pour parvenir a une meilleure comprehension-explication de cette realite, et en vue de son optimisation, la recherche a ete centree autour de deux axes : 1) analyse du modele theorique de reference de toute communaute educative dans l'enseignement prive catholique. Ce modele peut se definir comme un systeme individualise, actif, structure, evolutif. 2) etude du fonctionnement du systeme concret a travers son integration dans le systeme anthroposocial, l'organisation de la formation des adultes, la mise en place de l'informatique pedagogique et l'opinion des acteurs face a la renovation du college (1er cycle secondaire). Le systeme apparait alors comme un systeme complexe vivant, capable d'auto-eco-re-organisation, selon le paradigme. . .
