First part : inventory of fixtures of normal alcoholization in french society with the author's personal interpretation about alcohol and psychotrope use in "normal" psychological balance. Second part : inventory of fixtures and chronic alcoholization (drunkenness and alcoholism), of problems concerning persons and society. Then discussion about the meaning of this individual and collective "pathology". Third part : exploration, starting from theoretic works, from pratical experiences, psychosocial inquiries and interviews, of possibilities of actions intending to the self managed building of a conceived, sound psychological balance.

Premiere partie : etat des lieux de l'alcoolisation normale dans la societe francaise avec interpretation personnelle de l'auteur quant a l'usage de l'alcool et des produits psychotropes dans l'equilibre psychologique "normal". Deuxieme partie : etat des lieux de l'alcoolisation aigue et chronique (ivresse et alcoolisme), des problemes poses aux personnes et a la societe. Puis discussion sur la signification de cette "pathologie" individuelle et collective. Troisieme partie : exploration, a partir de travaux theoriques, d'experiences de terrain, d'enquetes psychosociales et d'interviews, de possibilites d'actions qui iraient dans le sens d'une construction autogeree d'un equilibre psychologique pense (et non toxique).
