Abstract EN:

"afpa", first adults professional training national public association (10000 employees and about 200 provincial branches) runs its own training. This thesis begins as a part of this teaching methods training. The commentatory about the pedagogic psycho-socio educative methods has been carried out while this instruction period was undergoing. The teachers actual experiences analysis and their relationship have been also annotated. Several pedagogic training games which are used are described too. The second volume is dealing which trainee people future employment connections. Technological background, training institutions adaptations (afpa included), pedagogic discoveries and innovations which firms are asking for, are taking into account. From this time, employment is strictly connected with the training quality, accordingly with adults specific and well-adapted teaching methods.

L'a. F. P. A. , premier organisme national et public de formation professionnelle pour adultes (10. 000 salaries et environ 200 etablissements) effectue egalement sa propre formation de formateurs. C'est dans le cadre de la formation pedagogique de futurs professeurs de c. F. P. A (centre de formation pour adultes) que cette these debute ; il y est commente le deroulement de 10 semaines de formation psycho-physio-pedagogique en methodes d'animation interactives, avec relations et analyses des contributions vecues par les futurs professeurs a. F. P. A. Il y est egalement presente de nombreuses sequences de jeux pedagogiques utilises. Le deuxieme tome traite des relations entre le placement des stagiaires qui seront formes par ces futurs professeurs. Entrent en jeu le contexte d'evolution technologique, les reconversions des appareils de formation (dont l'a. F. P. A. ), les innovations et inventions pedagogiques que reclament les entreprises en mutation. . . L'emploi est dorenavant directement lie a l'excellence de la formation, donc a des pedagogies adaptees et specifiques aux adultes.
