L' Energie dans les systèmes de production : réexamen théorique et étude de deux cas fortement contrastés : les systèmes rizicoles camarguais et rubifluviens

Exergy, considered as a production factor, and linked to the economic value of energy, allows for an analysis of production systems in terms of physical work, for a synthetic measurement of their overall techno- economic perfor- mance, and for a comparison of different technological systems. Application to two technologically very different rice production systems (the camargue and the red river bassin, northern vietnam) shows they both have approximately the same needs in physical work. The study is restricted to techno-economic aspects with fixed capital held constant and no taking into account of informational work. Further developments are however permitted.

L'exergie, consideree comme un facteur de production, et liee a la valeur economique de l'energie, permet l'analyse des systemes productifs en termes de travail physique, une mesure synthetique de leur performance technicoeconomique et la comparabilite de systemes techniques differents. L'application a deux systemes rizicoles technologiquement tres differents (camargue et bassin du fleuve rouge, vietnam nord) montre qu'ils sont sensiblement les memes besoins en travail physique. L'etude est restreinte aux aspects technico-economiques a capital fixe constant, sans prise en compte du travail informationnel. Des developpements ulterieurs sont cependant permis.
