De la dépendance à l'analphabétisme : le cas du Brésil

This research is an analysis of the illiteracy of brazil, essentialy concerning the two last decades. The studies carried out to base the analysis of the relations between the situation of dependence and illiteracy which show us the complexity of the social affair. This relations can be established only in a indirect manner. One part of the society throughout different groups searches to resolve partially the problem of social marginalization and illiteracy. These groups are made up of individuals, of associations or even the same state when the political condition is favorable. Against the mobilization of these groups and the interest of the population as a whole, a third of the population is still functially illiterate at the present moment. The studies evolved from the economic analysis to the socio-psycho-anthropological analysis. The economic analysis is analyzed starting from the theoretical concepts based on the condition of dependence. The axe of reflection and the composition of the second and third chapters are consequently centered on the thoughts of Manfredo Berger, Fernando H. Cardoso, Celso Furtado; the thoughts of paulo freire are equally presented in this work. This work reclaims from the clinical research. The process of this work from the elaboration does not obey to the preestablishe rules, but and in a constant methodological remake; and the multireferentiality being the rule to understand. The implications of researcher are taken in account. The journal being a research on the research meaning a sort of an explanation throughout the composition of the work process of the student-researcher, his manner to do, his possibilities and limitations

Cette recherche est une analyse de l'analphabetisme au bresil concernant essentiellement les deux dernieres decennies. Les etudes menees ayant pour base l'analyse des rapports probables entre la situation de dependance et l'analphabetisme nous montrent la complexite du fait social. Ces rapports ne peuvent etre etablis que de facon indirecte. Une partie de la societe, a travers differents groupes, cherche a resoudre partiellement le probleme de la marginalisation et de l'analphabetisme. Ces groupes sont soit des individus, des associations ou meme l'etat quand la situation politique est favorable. Malgre la mobilisation de ces groupes et l'interet de la population comme un tout, un tiers en est encore fonctionnellement analphabete dans le bresil actuel. L'etude evolue de l'economique au socio-psycho-anthropologique. L'economique est analyse a partir de concepts theoriques sur la situation de dependance. L'axe de reflexion et l'ecriture de la seconde et troisieme partie sont donc centres sur la pensee de Manfredo Berger, Fernando H, Cardoso, Celso Furtado; Paulo Freire est egalement present dans ce travail. Elle se reclame de la recherche clinique. Toute sa demarche d'elaboration n'obeit pas a des regles-etablies, mais a une mise en doute permanente et a une refonte methodologique constante; la multireferentialite etant la norme a saisir. Les implications du chercheur ont ete prises en compte. Le journal de recherche etant une recherche sur la recherche, c'est-a-dire une espece de mise-a-plat a travers l'ecriture de la demarche de l'etudiant-chercheur, sa facon de faire, ses conditionnements, ses possibilites et limitations
