Les nouvelles politiques et pratiques de la territorialisation au Portugal : quelle place et quel rôle pour les élèves ?

The portuguese school recently found itself confrontated with Changing Paradigma that begun in the school year 1998/1999 with the introduction of the territorialization of education. The local decentralization of education makes all the representatives of all the diverse groups of the community partipate activly thus leading to the construction of a learning web or a school association for all the schools of all levels which is called grouping up. The theorical part is based on an analysis of the idealogical and political factors that influenced the democracy of the portuguese school system that began in April 1974 and is still alive today. The field work consisted on contacting the various people who are using this method. The main goal is to describe and justify all the diferent ways that the members of the community and the ones using this method felt about it in each association and last to identify the new obstacles which appeared with this method

A partir de l'année scolaire 1998/1999, l'école portugaise s'est confrontée à un nouveau paradigme, à travers un nouveau modèle de territorialisation de l'éducation. Cette décentralisation fait appel à la mobilisation des divers acteurs locaux permettant la constitution des réseaux d'éducation et des associations d'écoles, nommées aussi groupement scolaire. Nous avons analysé, au niveau théorique, les facteurs politiques et idéologiques qui ont permis la démocratisation du système éducatif portugais depuis avril 1974. Sur le terrain, nous avons rencontré les responsables, les représentants des acteurs chargés de l'application du nouveau modèle scolaire. Notre objectif est orienté vers l'identification, la description et la justification des images émises par les divers acteurs, partenaires et usagers, permettant une compréhension plurielle des différentes réalités et des défis amenés par le nouveau modèle scolaire portugais
