The "normal values" which rule the social processes of the institutions in which the subjects are involved determine the capacity of sense production by these institutions. In fact, human potential fits into paradoxical dynamics structured by the imaginary mobilisation of the subjects. That is any attempt to change institutional practices must pass through a putting into work of the idealisations from which the subjects have organised their projection and introjection points of symbolic productions which circulate among them. Trying to oust the conflict that could arise between the what it is (the subject) and what it represents itself to be (the person), the subject can be led to privilege communication forms such as speech (which constitutes a temporality of an institution) which will favour the development of stereotypes (univocity of sense) at the expense of knowledge (equivocity of sense) that the alterity of social interactions may create. Based on psychoanalytical references, a macro-social study of the subject in the framework of social phenomena and then a micro-social study of the subject in the framework of the process of social exclusion and a theorisation of unconscious learning of the institutional and social processes which rule the productions of sense have allowed the demonstration of the different logical levels to rule an institutional productions. The analysis of the mechanism of interassociation training of social work professionals as well as the clinical investigation of two conflicts within education teams and the support to the elaboration of a manifesto of a family placement team showed that the very existence of the social space of the subjects was subordinate to their capacity to produce a sense to what they were living. Articulating group dynamics or collective dynamics, the subjects can then orient their wishes in the framework of an explicit institutional ethic.

Les "valeurs d'usage" qui reglent les processus sociaux des institutions dans lesquels les sujets sont impliques determinent les capacites de production de sens de ces institutions. En effet, le potentiel humain s'inscrit dans une dynamique paradoxale structuree par les mobilisations imaginaires des sujets. C'est en quoi, toute tentative de changement de pratique institutionnelle doit-elle passer par la mise au travail des idealisations a partir desquelles les sujets ont organise leurs points de projection et d'introjection des productions symboliques qui circulent entre eux. Cherchant a evincer le conflit qui peut naitre entre ce qu'il est (le sujet) et ce qu'il se represente etre (la persona), le sujet peut etre amene a privilegier des modes de communications sous forme de discours (ce qui constitue la temporalite d'une institution) qui favorisera le developpement de stereotypes (univocite de sens) aux depens de la connaissance (equivocite de sens) que l'alterite des rapports sociaux peut creer. En appui sur des references psychanalytiques, une etude macro-sociale du sujet dans le cadre des faits de societe puis une etude micro-sociale du sujet dans le cadre des processus d'exclusion sociale et une theorisation de l'education inconsciente des processus institutionnels et sociaux qui regissent les productions du sens ont permis de mettre en evidence les differents niveaux logiques sur lesquels pouvait se regler une production institutionnelle. L'analyse d'un dispositif de formation interassociative de professionnels du social ainsi que l'investigation clinique de deux conflits au sein de deux equipes educatives et de l'accompagnement a l'elaboration d'un manifeste d'une equipe de placement familial ont montre que l'existence meme de l'espace social des sujets etait subordonnee a leur capacite a produire du sens sur ce qu'ils vivaient. Articulant dynamique groupale et dynamique collective, les sujets peuvent alors orienter leur desir dans le cadre d'une ethique institutionnelle explicite.
