The movement of institutionnal analysis produced, in the 1970 s its own method of institutionnal analysis : the socioanalysis is the practis of institutionnal analysis in situatons of counselling. Twenty years later, the social and political background is completely different; the socioanalysts became more professionnalized and their pratises are more diversified. The author studies some of these today's practises, from representations that the practiseurs have of their own practises : how do they theorize them, what are their political purposes, about the theoritical and political referent of the socioanalysis? this study shows that the today's practises of the socioanalysis are deeply ambigous and come from the existence of contradictory movements : managing human ressources, creating social consensus or and analysing political dialectics roating the social situations ? accepting the social missionwhich defines and legitimates the professionnal or and refusing it by analysis of it.

Le courant d'analyse institutionnelle, formalise, autour de 1970, son dispositif d'intervention : la socianalyse, ou "intervention socianalytique", est la mise en acte de l'analyse institutionnelle dans une situation de consultation. Vingt ans plus tard, le contexte social et politique est radicalement different; les socianalystes sont professionnalises et les pratiques socianalytiques prennent des formes diversifiees. L'auteur etudie quelques unes de ces pratiques actuelles, a partir des representations que s'en font leurs practiciens, huit socianalystes : comment les theorisent-ils, quelles sont leurs intentions politiques, eu egard au referent theorico-politique de la socianalyse? il ressort de cette etude que les pratiques socianalytiques actuelles sont foncierement ambigues et resultent de l'exercice de dynamiques contradictoires gerer des ressources humaines, creer du consensus ou et analyser la dialectique politique construisant les situations sociales? exercer le mandat social qui definit le professionnel ou le denoncer par sa mise en analyse?
