This work deals with the factors of flow and the hydrologic characteristics of the Oued of Nekor which aim is the planification of waker resources. The task of the management is very difficult, in that the physiographic and climatic conditions are very unfavorable: - the problem of the filling of mud of the reservoir of the weir. - the fast return back of the dry years of rain the great irregularity of the flow the Oued of Nekor shows how pressed are the margins of the management. The risings from the half of the drifting of the Oued of Nekor, whereas some of them must be evacuated in order to avoid the rapid raising of mud in the reservoir of Mohamed Ben Abdelkrim Elkhattabi's weir.

Ce travail traite des facteurs de l'écoulement et les caractéristiques hydrologiques de l'oued Nekor dans le but de la planification des ressources en eau. La tâche du gestionnaire est très difficile, dans la mesure où les conditions physiographiques et climatiques sont très défavorables: - le problème de l'envasement de la retenue du barrage. - le retour rapide des années sèches. La grande irrégularité de l'écoulement de l'oued Nekor montre combien les marges du gestionnaire sont serrées. Les crues constituent la moitie des apports de l'oued Nekor, alors que certaines de celles-ci doivent évacuées pour éviter le colmatage rapide de la retenue du barrage Mohamed ben Abdelkrim Elkhattabi.
