Le cas basque et le +coup; andalou : gestion du territoire par les nationalistes et les socialistes dans l'espagne autonomique, 1982-1994

After 1975, a new political model is set up in spain, the state of autonomies, and was consolidated after the socialists'victory in 1982. The state of autonomies is neither the liberal state of the 19th century nor the integral state of the second republic. A short-term analisis shows that this + last chance ; state came along both to satisfy the nationalist demand of the periferical regions, and to keep it under control. A longer term analysis reveals that the state of the autonomies is the only answer to settle a nation-state in spain and solve the fracture between the castillan-leones bloc and the catalano-aragones bloc. The est/west territorial fracture re-moves regularity in spain in the 17th, 19th and 20th century. This explains why the catalanese nationalism is more resistant to the nation-state, which doesn't imply that it is more natural or essential. Based on this territorial fracture and the spanish + dy-nation ;, the other forms of nationalism that emerged in spain on the 19th century, in particuliar the basque and the andalous, can be understood as reproduction of the same fracture. This yields us to explain the nationalist mecanism both as an imaginary construction, like affirms anderson, and a gradual and spiral shaped structure of thought. -an imaginary construction where the importance of identity items can vary, + race ;, language, history, but always operate the same way with its myths and the reproduction of collective memory. -a structure of thought organized around a structured nationalist scheme on which derive mimetical nationalisms. Ironicaly, i wanted to show that the andalous nationalism haq the same origin as the basque nationalism, and that it can be found somewhat found in andalous socialists. Why have the nationalist parties controled the situation until 1993 ? as connor explains it, control over political terrotory yields necessarily -because of the ambivalence of the nationalist thoughtto a fragmentation of nationalist parties and of the political territoiry. Apres 1975, un modele politique nouveau se met en place en espagne, l'etat autonomique, modele consolide apres l'arrivee au pouvoir des socialistes en 1982. L'etat autonomique n'est ni l'etat liberal du xixeme ni l'etat integral de la iieme republique. Une lecture a mi-distance permet de montrer que cet etat + de la derniere chance ; s'est mis en place, a la fois pour repondre a la demande nationaliste des regions peripheriques, et pour maintenir a distance ce phenomene nationaliste des annees 1980. Une lecture a longue distance permet de montrer qu'il est la seule reponse possible a la mise en creux d'un etat-nation en espagne. L'etat autonomique est la seule reponse possible a l'existence d'une fracture territoriale entre le bloc castillan-leonais et le bloc catalano-aragonais. Cette fracture territoriale est/ouest rejoue regulierement en espagne, au xviieme, au xixeme, au xxeme siecles. C'est pourquoi le nationalisme catalan + resiste ; plus a la corrosion de l'etat-nation, ce qui ne signifie pas qu'il est plus naturel ou plus essentiel. Si on admet l'existence de cette fracture territoriale et d'une + dy-nation ; espagnole, alors cela signifie que les autres formes de nationalisme nes au xixeme siecle en espagne, notamment le basque et l'andalou sont en fait des mecanismes de reproduction de la fracture primitive entre les deux blocs.
