The aim of this study is to help clarify the little known subject of technology as taught in junior comprehensive schools. This subject is often linked with the notion of projects, a concept which is used in all sorts of ways. What does it actually mean in technology ? carrying out a project necessarily involves asking oneself about the different uses of the concept in the school context : the technical project, the teaching project, the suitable teaching methods, the pupil's own project, the pedagogical project, the learning project, the interdisciplinary project. How can all these projects been made to work together in the scool context ? the analysis of the projects at the "college lazare de schwendi" will lead to a reflection upon the theory underlying them. We wish to be professionals in the field of learning, capable of dealing with the numerous interactions between all the elements of the pedagogical triangle. How can this pedagogical triangle been made to work in practice ? in our subject of technology, how do we combine the didactic approach, the teacher-pupil relationship and the learning strategies ? this will be illustrated by examples of projects already carried out at the colege lazare de schwendi of ingersheim.
