Abstract EN:

Taking a decision is the result of the elaboration of processes by means of which a complex system, interacting with an active environment, transforms its finalised plans into reality. This actualisation gives rise to observable actions resulting from decision making proceeses which are a priori undetermined and consetructed in an active interface system. By making their own decisions, the actors become aware of the way in which they come to terms with the tensions generated by their interdependence with their environment. The aim of the strategies brought into play is to increase the actor's degree of autonomy. This latter varies according to the moment and its very existence is called into question by the fluctuations in complexity and lack of flexibility of the interacting and open-ended systems. Thus the antagonistic relationships homogenisation-heterogenisation and idealisation-actualisation are constantlyn brought into play. The counterbalancing of these relationships gives to continuous processes and to the reorganisation of the complex system. In search of autonomy and with to escaping from what appears to be imminent trivialisation, the actors elaborate decisions concerning their own training. Thus they increase their own complexity and determination. Their autonomy is increased even before the act of traning is embarked upon. Making the decision is in itself an act of self training.
