Work made up of numerous experiments concerning mainly the deug ssm2 students (second year in university), but also students from primary school, secondary school, highschool, teachers in those classes, and students for a master of sciences in mathematics (for comparison and additional results). In order to communicate it to the students, attempt to put in evidence the knowledge of experts in solving mathematical problems, trough the observation of university teachers and research workers. Experiments with the deug students in 3 phases: 1) - inventory (measured) of the methodological knowledge of the students and action to make them aware of the methodological problem through investigations, thoughts about the phase of text understanding, trials in solving various kinds of problems (mazes games, secondary school level problems, first year university problems) 2) - qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the first phase in considering the experts methods and comparing them with those of the students. 3) - progress measurement at some steps of the method from the trial of solving new problems (significative results of improvement). Originality: use of mazes and problems out of context. Exhaustive communication of the answers to the open questions and all students' comments.

Etude constituee de nombreuses experimentations concernant principalement des etudiants de deug ssm2, mais aussi des eleves de primaire, college, lycee, des enseignants de ces classes et des etudiants de maitrise de mathematiques (dans un but comparatif et pour obtention de resultats complementaires). Essai de mise en evidence, pour communication aux etudiants, d'un savoir d'experts en methodologie de resolution de problemes de mathematiques, avec l'observation d'enseignants universitaires et chercheurs. Experimentations avec etudiants de deug, en trois phases: - etat des lieux (mesure) quant a l'acquis methodologique et sensibilisation au probleme methodologique, a l'aide d'enquetes, de reflexions sur la phase d'appropriation de textes, de tentatives de resolution de problemes varies (jeux de labyrinthes, college, deug l'annee) - bilan qualitatif et quantitatif de la premiere phase avec consideration des procedures d'experts et comparaison de celles-ci avec celles des etudiants - mesure de l'acquis sur des points de methode a partir d'essai de resolution de nouveaux problemes (resultats significatifs d'amelioration). Originalite de cette etude: utilisation de jeux de labyrinthes et de problemes "decontextualises" de college. Communication in-extenso des reponses aux questions ouvertes et des commentaires emis dans les differentes phases (lecture, recherche, redaction).
