Pratique professionnelle et formation chez les éducateurs spécialisés : le paradoxe dans les formations en alternance

The education of social workers is still considered standing in background specially compared with the traditional, better organized and reputated education. And all this although there has been lately a big evolution in this matter. The first impression which is be regarded is the big gap between education and the so called professional practice. There are no links nor real connection between school and working position. This situation is due to an accumulation of the heterogeneous contents of the human and social science and regarded as adequatte and useful in the professional exercise. The relation of these regarding to the work is neither evident nor clearly defined. The research of questioning on the spot realized in three establishments of education will try to underline - in form of categories the unity of points and conditions of education which would correspond in better way with the expectations of the specialized teachers especially regarding the professional practice and the whole system of their education. . .

La formation des travailleurs sociaux reste consideree - malgre l'evolution qu'elle a connue depuis un certain temps - comme une formation de seond plan a l'egard en particulier des formations plus anciennes, mieux organisees et plus prestigieuses. Le premier constat qui s'impose a l'esprit est celui d'un divorce entre la formation et la pratique professionnelle proprement dite. Il n'y a pas de lien, ni de continuite veritables entre l'ecole et le lieu de travail. Cette situation est due a l'accumulation des contenus heterogenes empruntes aux sciences humaines et sociales et supposes comme adequats ou utiles a l'exercice professionnel. D'ailleurs le rapport de celles-ci au travail n'est ni apparent ni clairement defini | cette recherche, par le biais d'enquetes de terrain aupres de trois etablissements de formation, s'efforcera de mettre en lumiere - sous forme de categories - l'ensemble des points et formules de formation qui repondraient davantage aux attentes des educateurs specialises, en l'occurence a la pratique professionnelle et la formation de ceux-ci. . .
