This thesis presents both a theoretical and practical approach to the management of organizations. The contribution of new discoveries in cognitive neuro-psychology combined with on-site experimentation in french businesses, allows for the construction of an innovative model of biomanagerial management. The objective being the explication and improvement of these organizations. The presentation of these instruments facilitates the comprehension and understanding of the characteristic mechanics of the functioning of these organizations. These instruments also open the new path of the management of tomorrow, and the reduction of incertitude for all organizations that wish to evolve and adapt to the waves of change in technology.

Cette these presente une approche a la fois theorique et pragmatique du management des organisations. La contribution des nouvelles connaissances dans le domaine de la neuropsychologie cognitive combinee a une experimentation sur des chantiers d'organisations francaises permet de construire un modele innovant de gestion biomanageriale. L'objectif etant d'expliquer et d'ameliorer la performance de ces organisations. La presentation de cet instrument facilite la comprehension des mecanismes caracteristiques du fonctionnement des organisations et ouvre une nouvelle voie, celle de la gestion de demain, reductrice d'incertitude, pour toutes les organisations qui souhaitent s'adapter et evoluer avec les vagues du changement technologique incessant.
