Production, formation, qualification : perspective historique, controverses conceptuelles, enjeux des nouvelles technologies

Our research analyses the production and training systems, in their autonomised as well as in their relational character, the qualification concept being presented as a theorical intermediary dimension. Moreover, the study of technological changes privileges the dynamic and evolutive dimension of the productive system, and shows a historical reading of it, in its, relations with professional training: precapitalist productive order and job learning ; technical teaching systems and mechanization , taylorism, fordism and technical qualification ; automation, re-professionalisation, alternance between school and firm. The research is conducted on three problematic axes : firsthy the conceptual and theorical controversies linked to the qualification thematic ; secondly the links between production and training ; thirdly the study of technical and vocational training. The phenomenom of shifting and deepening the stakes concerning the workers in front of technological innovations is thus enlightened.

Notre recherche a pour objet d'analyse les systemes de formation et de production, a la fois dans leur caractere autonomise et relationnel, le concept de qualification etant pose comme dimension theorique intermediaire. Par ailleurs, l'etude des changements technologiques privilegie la dimension evolutive, dynamique, du systeme productif, et en presente une lecture historique dans ses rapports avec la formation professionnelle : ordre productif precapitaliste et apprentissage du metier ; reseaux d'enseignement technique et mecanisation ; taylorisme, fordisme, et qualification technique ; automatisation, reprofessionnalisation, alternance ecole entreprise. La conduite de la recherche concerne trois axes problematiques : i - les controverses theoriques et conceptuelles liees a la thematique de la qualification. 2 - les liens entre production et formation. 3 - l'etude de l'enseignement technique et professionnel. Le phenomene de deplacement et d'approfondissement des enjeux concernant les travailleurs face aux innovations technologiques se trouve ainsi eclaire.
