The two aspects of the financing of Algerian agriculture are studied in this thesis: supply and demand. This has lead to the highlighting of the characteristics of two economic agents present and ascertain their respective limits. The low-level financing recorded in this sector has brought about stagnation if not regression as much on a production level as contributing to the forming of the gross domestic product. This imposes the revision of the principle options admitted in this field.

Cette thèse étudie le financement de l'agriculture en Algérie sous son double aspect : offre et demande. Ceci conduit à dégager les caractéristiques essentielles des deux facteurs économiques en présence et déceler leurs limites respectives. Le sousfinancement enregistre par ce secteur engendre la stagnation sinon la regression, tant au niveau de la production que de sa contribution à la formation du pib. Ceci impose une révision des options dominantes admises dans ce domaine.
