This thesis is an attempt to analyse and to provide a pattern for the piloting of change in the algerian public company. Through an approach, which is both theoretical, the present thesis tries to answer the concern of researchers in management who could be intersted in this thesis statement that is, according to our standpoint, not yet explored. It equally endeavours to provide answers to the concerns of managers by offring experimented proposals in order to achieve a better mastery of the piloting of change, which becomes the only constant of the fonctioning of the company. Throughdescriptive, explanatory and prescreptive hypotheses, this thesis tries to come to resultswith scientific intentions in order to enrich the corpus of pre-existing knowledge with a transformative objective. The methodological framwork of this thesis is inscribed in the realm of a scientific initiative of intervention-research that extols contextualised solutions that would uplift the quality of the piloting of the algerian public company beyond the preservation or not of its current legal status.

Cette thèse constitue un essai d'analyse et de modélisation du pilotage du changement dans l'entreprise publique algérienne. A travers une approche à la fois théorique et pratique, cette thèse tente de répondre à la préoccupation des chercheurs en sciences de gestion qui pourraient être intéressés par cette problématique, à notre avis, non explorée. Elle tente de répondre aussi à la préoccupation des managers par des propositions expérimentées pour une meilleure maitrise du pilotage qui devient la seule constante du fonctionnement de l'entreprise. A travers des hypothèses descriptives, explicatives et prescriptives, cette thèse tente de produire des résultats d'intention scientifique pour enrichir le corpus des connaissances existantes avec une visée transformative. Le cadre méthodologique de cette thèse s'inscrit dans une démarche scientifique de recherche-intervention qui a permis la préconisation de solutions contextualisées pouvant améliorer le pilotage de l'entreprise publique algérienne au-delà du maintien ou non de son statut actuel juridique.
