Les activites informelles et le bouclage de la reproduction sociale au maroc : utilite a court terme, facteur d'inertie a long terme pour le changement structurel

This work leans on the theory of the social reproduction, according to marx, on the critical studies of structural adjustment and on the open ways by the notion of endogenous growth, in order to defend the kollowing thesis: in short term, informal activities constitute the social reproduction factors on the work market in morocco. However, they are unable to contribute in the long term to a cumulative structural change based not only on the material factors, but especially on the immaterial factors. The thesis is constituted of two parts. The first concerns the definitions and the conceptual role of informal activities (chapter 1). It focuses also on the evaluationand the typology of these activities (chapter 2). In the second part, we are interested by the articulation between the informal activities development and the regulation various forms of the work market in morocco.

Ce travail s'appuie sur la theorie de la reproduction sociale, au sens de marx, sur les etudes critiques de l'ajustement structurel et sur les voies ouvertes par la notion de croissance endogene afin de defendre la these suivante: a court terme, les activites informelles constituent au maroc des facteurs de reproduction sociale sur le marche du travail. Cependant, elles sont incapables de contribuer a long terme a un changement structurel cumulatif fonde non seulement sur les facteurs materiels mais surtout sur les facteurs immateriels. La these est constituees de deux parties. La premiere porte sur les definitions et le role conceptuel des activites informelles (chapitre 1) ainsi que sur l'evaluation et la typologie de ces activites (chapitre 2), faisant alterner des sections consacrees a la litterature sur le sujet et d'autres consacrees specifiquement au maroc. La seconde partie traite de l'articulation entre le developpement des activites informelles et les diverses formes de regulation du marche du travail au maroc.
