There exist branches, sectors, or activities where traditional artisanal techniques can be "under-developing", this cannot be generalized to include the whole of the economy. Though a certain number of technical improvements, traditional artiesan can become efficient, from both an economic and financial point of view. This is especially true for fisching in the Congo (as well as for all the results of the west African coast). Improved artisan fishing surpasses those of traditional artisan fishing, and moreover, on the seeds where such improved artisan techniques are used, they obtain better results than industrial fishing techniques. Through adjustments at the level of artisanal transformation techniques and commercialisation, the development of a network of fish products can be based on this traditional artisan industry. With regards to this, a metaphore could be created with certain results from the study of complex forms, industrial fishing techniques would have a ro-nucleation threshold superior to the fish product network's ray, when the traditional artisan fishing information is not an organizational force.

S'il existe des branches, secteurs, ou activités ou les technologies artisanales traditionnelles peuvent être sous-développantes, il semblerait que cela ne soit pas généralisable à toute l'économie. Moyennant un certain nombre d'améliorations techniques, l'artisanat traditionnel peut devenir efficient tant d'un point de vue économique que financier. C'est en particulier le cas de la pêche au Congo (mais également sur toute la cote occidentale africaine). La pêche artisanale améliorée dépasse les résultats de l'artisanat traditionnel et, par ailleurs, sur les fonds marins ou elle s'investit, obtient de meilleurs résultats que la pêche industrielle. Moyennant des aménagements au niveau des techniques artisanales de transformation et de commercialisation, on peut reposer le développement de la filière produits halieutiques sur l'artisanat traditionnel. A ce sujet, une métaphore pourrait être réalisée avec certains résultats de l'étude des formes complexes. Les techniques industrielles de pêche auraient un seuil de nucléation supérieure au rayon de la filière produits halieutiques, alors que l'information pêche artisanale traditionnelle non améliorée n'est plus organisatrice.
