Studying the demographic evolution in marocco is the aim of this search. The main aspects of this investigation are: the historical, theoritical and practical one (demographie politics). This search contributes on one hand to critizize the transition theory, and one the other hand, has in view to take part in the construction of a marxist demographic approach.

L'objet de cette recherche est l'etude de l'evolution demographique du maroc. L'accent est mis sur les aspects suivants de l'analyse demo-economique: historique, methodologique et pratique (politique demographique). Ce travail s'inscrit d'une part dans une demarche critique de la theorie de la transition demographique et d'autre part dans la perspective de construction d'une approche demographique marxiste.
