Abstract EN:

This work deals with national identity problems regarding the social transformation that German people have been faced with through the radical political changes before and after the German Reunification. The author analyses on one hand conflicts of national identity for East and West German people within the process of the reunification and their consequences till today, on the other hand she gives a perspective of resolution to these conflicts and in the frame of the construction of a common national identity. The author relies on a on a self-carried out qualitative research with young Berliner students who embody the generation after the "Berliner Wall", and considers the theory of socialization as an essential indicator who lends two regimes with opposite ideological organizations to shape very dissimilar identifications. A perspective to the Korean re-unification in the light of the German reunification is proposed at the end of this work.

Ce travail traite des problèmatiques identitaires liées aux mutations sociales chez les Allemands au travers des changements politiques radicaux avant et après la réunification allemande. L'auteur analyse les conflits de l'identité nationale chez les Allemands de l'Est et de l'Ouest dans le processus de réunification et leurs conséquences jusqu'à nos jours d'une part, et donne une perspective de résolution à ces conflits et au processus de construction d'une identité nationale commune d'autre part. L'auteur s'appuie sur une étude qualitative réalisée auprès de jeunes étudiants berlinois qui symbolisent la génération de l'après tournant et considère la théorie de la socialisation en tant qu'indication essentielle qui conduit deux régimes aux orientations idéologiques opposées à former une identification dissemblable. Une perspective à la réunification coréenne à la lumière de la réunification allemande est proposée à la fin de ce travail.
