L'objet de notre recherche est d'analyser l'apport des modeles anglo-saxons et francais dans le domaine de l'analyse du comportement de gestion des pmei. Cette demarche analytique va etre par ailleurs prolongee par une verification statistique portant sur quelques centaines d'entreprises francaises sur une periode de 5 ans
