Subjectivite et interrelationnalite dans une societe negro-africaine : lecture hermeneutique du mukisi des koongo-lari

The crux of the matter is the understanding of the interactions between the individual and the community in a society where the individual seems to melt into the community. For this, the study "reads" the mukisi which is a significant moment in the human existence. Mukisi designates at once a serious disease and the process which treats it. On both these grounds, it weathers out the mutual influence between the individual and his community leagued together against disease. The mukisi ritual is discribed in the first chapter. Through this discription, the disease reveals itself as a "physic", "social" and "metaphysic" reality. In chapter 2, the study tries to distinguish the "cosmic", "social" and "metaphysic" treatise from mukisi's discourse. In the third chapter, the study analyses the connection between "visible" and "invisible" worlds as they appear in the mukisi's discourse. In the fourth and last chapter, the study deals with the adequation of world apprehension and the apprehension of the human being. Some reflections on the negro-african anthropology close the study.

Le noeud du travail est la comprehension des interactions entre l'individu et sa communaute dans le contexte d'une societe ou l'individu semble se "fondre" dans la collectivite. Pour ce faire, l'etude "lit" le mukisi, moment significatif dans l'existence humaine. Mukisi designe a la fois une maladie grave et le processus qui mene a sa guerison. A ce double titre, sa description fait ressortir le jeu des influences reciproques entre individu et communaute dans la lutte contre la maladie. Le mukisi, rituel de guerison est decrit au premier chapitre. A travers cette description, la maladie apparait comme une realite a la fois "physique", "sociale" et "metaphysique". Au second chapitre, l'etude tente de demeler les discours "cosmique", "social" et "metaphysique" que vehicule le rituel mukisi. Au troisieme chapitre est analysee l'articulation entre un monde "visible" et un monde "invisible" tels qu'ils transparaissent dans le discours mukisi. Au quatrieme chapitre enfin, est abordee l'adequation entre apprehension du monde et apprehension de l'homme dans ses rapports avec autrui. On debouche ainsi sur quelques reflexions sur l'anthropologie negro-africaine pour clore l'etude.
