Trooth the phenomenlogy of the spirit hegel's philosophiy appears to us philosophy of freedom. What is sought in history and what is looked for through the religious experience, the author of the phenomenology shows us, is the same ; the freedom of the individual that freedom is neither empirical nor theoretical, it is spiritual ; the absolute knowledge is the proof of its infinie possibility. The phenomenology conveys this point of view and it goes thoroughly into what we think as to be the utmost feature of hegel's philosophy ; the concept of spirit. Necessity and freedom coincide in the spirit, so that as they submit to the spirit as a necessity, we immediately understand the spirit as bein freedom. That is why we have tried to show in this thesis that freedom, according to hegel, consists in rendering necessity flimsy. We will have understood that hegels philosophy is neither the one of spinoza nor one of spinoza nor the one of feurbach nor marx's one

Existence et liberte dans la "phenomelogie de l'esprit" de hegel a travers la "phenomenologie de l'esprit", la philosophie de hegel nous apparait comme une philosophie de la liberte. Ce qui est recherche dans l'histoire et ce qui est voulu dans les experiences religieuses, nous enseigne l'auteur de la "phenomenologie", c'est la meme chose la liberte du sujet. Cette liberte n'est ni empirique, ni ireelle, elle est spirituelle; le savoir absolu est la preuve de son infinie possibilite. La "phenomenologie" restitue cette vision en approfondissant ce que nous pensons etre la pointe extreme de la philosophie de hegel : le concept d'esprit. En l'esprit, necessite et liberte coincident, de telle sorte qu'en se soumettant a l'esprit comme necessite, on s'ouvre immediatement a l'esprit comme liberte. C'est pourquoi nous avons montre, dans cette these, que la liberte selon hegel, consiste a fragiliser la necessite. On l'aura compris, hegel n'est ni spinza, ni feuerbach, ni marx.
