From a reading of Kant’s third critic, this work aims at liberating a transcendental dimension of affectivity. Emotion thus becomes not only a mere state of mind depending on psychology but a fundamental event putting into question the whole of experience and constituting an authentic start for reflection. After a primary chapter devoted to putting into place this hypothesis, our interpretation may then engage in three directions: life (the vital sentiment), nature (the gift of nature) and liberty but in each step of the process, the question will rise of the relationship of the human and the divine. Emotion would thus not only bear the stamp of our finitude, but also of our proximity to god.

L'objet de ce travail est de libérer, à partir d'une lecture de la troisième critique de Kant, une dimension transcendantale de l'affectivité. L'émotion devient ainsi non plus un simple état d'âme relevant de la psychologie, mais bien un évènement fondamental qui remet en cause le tout de l'expérience et constitue pour la réflexion un authentique coup d'envoi. Apres un premier chapitre consacre à mettre en place cette hypothèse de travail, l'interprétation peut alors s'engager dans trois directions : la vie (le sentiment vital), la nature (le don de la nature) et la liberté (l'expérience de la liberté). Mais à chaque fois une même question se dessine, celle d'un rapport de l'humain au divin. L'émotion porterait ainsi la marque de notre finitude, mais aussi de notre proximité à dieu.
