This thesis studies the problem of negotiation during conflict and more particularly on the terrorist threats through a game-theoretic approach. Countries favour the defensive strategies because the terrorist groups are organized in the form of networks and thus with difficulty localizable. All the countries have no necessary resources to fight effectively against these threats. In this frame, the thesis treats following subjects : the alliances with a country or a terrorist group, the solutions of negotiation in case of terrorist conflicts or on the labor market, and the spying games.

Cette thèse étudie le problème de la négociation lors de confits et plus particulièrement sur les menaces terroristes à travers la théorie des jeux. Les pays favorisent les stratégies défensives puisque les groupes terroristes sont organisés sous forme de réseaux et donc difficilement repérables. Tous les pays n'ont pas les ressources nécessaires pour lutter efficacement contre ces menaces. Dans ce cadre, la thèse traite des thèmes suivants : les alliances avec un pays ou un groupe terroriste, les solutions de négociation en cas de conflits terroristes ou sur le marché du travail, et les jeux d'espionnage.
