Travail, connaissance et langage : pour une synthèse entre l'approche de la régulation et la théorie de l'agir communicationnel

The french school of regulation in the political economy, and the theory of communicative action, elaborated by the german philosopher and sociologist j. Habermas are seen as the two major reconstructions of the marxian paradigm of work in our times. The synthesis proposed between these two reformulations of the marxian theory stands on the emergence of new models of production in the last two decades. It is argued that such a synthesis would permit to the regulation school to incorporate critically some of the most important contributions of the "neo-schumpeterian" and "conventions" schools in the modern economic theory.

L'ecole francaise de la regulation dans l'economie politique, et la theorie de l'agir communicationnel, elaboree par le philosophe et sociologue allemand j. Habermas sont considerees comme les deux reconstructions majeures du paradigme du travail a notre epoque. La synthese proposee entre ces deux reformulations de la theorie marxiste repose sur l'emergence de nouveaux modeles de production durant les deux dernieres decnnies. Nous argumentons qu'une telle synthese pourrait permettre a l'ecole de la regulation d'integrer d'une maniere critique certaines des contributions les plus importantes des ecoles "neo-schumpeterienne" et "conventionnaliste".
