Vers la démocratie républicaine : un nouveau citoyen à éduquer ? : les activités à visée philosophique au coeur du projet scolaire

How to express human specificity in political terms? Three moments of reflexion to answer. Which rights? “ Mankind”can be identified as a tension between subsistence, link, choice onto two levels : human species and the individual. The rights of species have to be assumed. The child, through whom “hominity” expresses itself as a project, has to be prepared to it. The organized framework of the Right singles out the Rights of the Child, and states the Rights of species and Human Rights. How to express it in political terms? Politics has to be considered as the “shape system” of the Right, project of a republican democracy = a state with centralized Rights, chosen political communities and individuals, referring to constitutional principles. An analysis of declarations about Human, Children and Animal Rights allows to propose twenty eight. Which school? Activities with a philosophical aim have to be the heart of the school project, helping every one to build the meanings of the Right.

Comment exprimer politiquement la spécificité humaine ? Trois moments de réflexion pour répondre : -Quel Droit poser ? L’hominité s’identifie comme tension entre subsistance, lien, choix, selon deux niveaux : l’espèce et l’individu. Elle doit assumer les droits des espèces. L’enfant l’exprime comme projet. Le cadre d’ordonnancement du Droit privilégie le Droit de l’Enfant, pose Droit des espèces et Droit de l’Homme ; -Comment l’exprimer politiquement ? Le politique doit s’envisager comme « forme-système » du Droit, projet d’une Démocratie Républicaine : un État du Droit centralisé, des Communautés Politiques choisies, des « particuliers ». Leurs rapports se réfèrent à des principes constitutionnels. L’analyse des déclarations des droits de l’homme, de l’enfant, de l’animal permet d’en proposer vingt-huit ; Quelle École construire ? Les activités à visée philosophique sont le cœur du projet pédagogique de l’École, aident chacun à construire les sens, scolaire et politique du Droit.
