The thesis studies a theory of sexual pleasure and its connection to the notion of identity in its social and erotic form in the heroes of louis aragon. In the first part of the thesis we identify the idea of pleasure as it appears in the dream world of sexual experience. In the second part, the emphasis is placed on the aesthetic distance between the experience of sexual dream world and the waking pleasure as the latter enjoyed in the experiential world. The third part of the thesis attempts to synthesize the first two eritical niews of the notion of pleasure formulated here, so as to arrive at an appreciation of the author's larger ethical view.

La these traite la problematique du plaisir et ses relations avec l'identite a la fois sociale et erotique du heros aragonien. Dans la premiere partie, il s'agit de degager la conception du plaisir telle qu'elle apparait dans le monde onirique de la sensualite. Dans la deuxieme partie, l'accent est mis sur l'ecart entre le monde onirique de la sensualite et la realite du plaisir telle qu'elle se presente sur le plan reel. La troisieme partie porte sur l'etude de la synthese des deux premieres conceptions du plaisir comme ethique de l'auteur.
