This study about moroccan literature of french expression is formed of two main parts. The first part is about criticism of this literature. On the one hand, we point out that certain criticism based on some outdated notions is considered to be an instrument of conservation and resitence to any new form of writing. On the other hand, we propose to examine from a much more critical and valie some psychological, thematic and formalistic paradigms. The second part concerns itself with the technics of writing. We have tried to trace the development and evolution of the moroccan literature of french expression taking into account its social issues and the imperatives of modern aesthetics. By examining the paratext and some examples the poetic discours, we have demonstrated how this literature is constructed as a transparent object and enigmatic at the same time. The purpose of this research is to come out with a new approach to the moroccan literature of french expression based on the relationship which it intends to maintain with that of the reader.

Consacree a la litterature marocaine d'ecriture francaise, cette recherche comprend deux grandes parties. La premiere, porte sur la critique qui est faite de cette litterature. D'une part, nous y montrons comment une certaine critique, se basant sur quelques notions perimees, fonctionne comme un instrument de conservatisme et de resistance a toute nouveaute d'ecriture. D'autre part, nous y analysons en termes de pertinence et de validite quelques paradigmes critiques : psycho-sociologique, thematique, formaliste. La deuxieme, est centree sur quelques procedes d'ecriture. Nous y montrons en premier lieu comment la litterature marocaine d'ecriture francaise est parvenue a se frayer son propre cheminement en depit de toutes les contraintes. Nous y montrons en second lieu, en procedant a l'analyse des marges du texte et de quelques exemples du discours poetique, comment cette litterature se donne a lire comme transparence et palimpseste. Le but de cette recherche est de tenter d'elaborer une nouvelle approche de la litterature marocaine d'ecriture francaise fondee sur le rapport qu'elle veut etablir avec celui qui lui donne vie et survie : le lecteur.
