Verbal exchange relationship between the Moroccan Arab dialect and French make up the subject matter of this study. This subject is treated specifically with an interest on borrowing and interferences. To tackle this exchange relationship, we have adopted the point of view witch the theory of mediation suggests for linguistic exchanges. According to this new conception of social sciences, the question was to understand why the French used by a Moroccan is never perfectly. Correspondent to standard French pronunciation as depected in French dictionaries and grammar books? As a conclusion this new conception of social sciences helps to understand that borrowing and interferences are two antinomic underlying poles of the same dialectic. Their studies have been view from the point of view their dialectical relationship. One contributes to suppress the boundaries between languages, while the other recreates these boundaries. Le rapport d'échange verbal mettant en relation arabe marocain-francais fait l'objet de cette étude. Il est abordé à travers la question de l'emprunt et les interférences. Pour aborder ce rapport d'échange, nous avons adopté le point de vue que la théorie de la médiation propose pour les échanges linguistiques. Selon cette nouvelle conception des sciences humaines, il a été question de comprendre pourquoi le français de l'usager marocain ne répond jamais d'une manière parfaite au français tel qu'il se présente dans les dictionnaires de prononciations français ainsi que dans les manuels de grammaires. En conclusion cette nouvelle conception des sciences humaines a permis de retenir que l'emprunt et les interférences sont deux pôles antinomiques tendanciels d'une même dialectique. Leur étude a été envisagée au sein de leur rapport dialectique. L'un contribue à abolir les frontières entre les langues, l'autre reproduit ces frontières. Ils sont deux faits indissociables
