In this thesis we study the temporal and aspectual system of the guarani language. In the first part we study the expression of timi, this subject being divided in 3 chapters: mythical time, "natural" time (i. E. Weather, seasons, time of day. . . . ) and verbal tenses (in this last chapter we compare different authors having studied this subject). In the second part we build from a linguistic point of view the entire system of temporal and aspectual signs of the language. The guarani language is spoken by 3. 000. 000 of people in paraguay, argentina and brasil.

Dans notre these nous etudions le systeme temporel et aspectuel de la langue guarani. Dans la premiere partie, nous etudions l'onomasiologie du temps en trois chapitres: le temps mythique, le temps naturel et le temps verbal. Ce dernier chapitre compare plusieurs auteurs ayant etudie ce sujet. Dans la deuxieme partie, nous essayons de systematiser les marques temporelles et aspectuelles a partir de criteres linguistiques. Les categories grammaticales aspecto-temporelles apparaissent ainsi organisees d'un point de vue d'ensemble. La langue guarani est parlee par 3. 000. 000 de locuteurs au paraguay, argentine et bresil.
