Abstract EN:

The training for intercultural communication should allow the non native speaker to recognize the word value impliced in the native speaker's discourse. In this way, didactology of languages and cultures has elaborated on the novel and experimental concept of lexiculture, which, however, is not being taken into consideration by the school. Why not? the systematic introduction of lexiculturalcontent in the classroom would have to dwell upon the rediscovery of its value and upon its importance both in every day life and in the history of man. The study of set phrases containing similes developed in the context of the teaching learning process of french as a foreign language in portugal has allowed: - to produce a device by means of which the relativity of conceptual language frames of reference is shown. - to test this device in the classroom by means of an intercultural procedure. The results obtained allow us to anticipate the interest of the generalization of this research not only about other types of lexicultural realizations but also about other languages.

La formation a la communication interculturelle devrait permettre au non-natif de reconnaitre l'implicite vehicule par les mots dans le discours du natif. La didactologie des langues et des cultures a mis au point en ce sens le concept instrumental de lexiculture, mais ce dernier tarde a etre pris en charge par l'institution scolaire. Pourquoi? l'introduction systematique de contenus lexiculturels en classe, passerait par la redecouverte de leur valeur en tant que savoirs acquis, de leur importance dans le quotidien et dans l'histoire de l'homme. . . L'etude d'une categorie de realisations lexiculturelles (les locutions imagees traduisant une comparaison) menee dans le cadre de l'enseignement du francais langue etrangere au portugal a permis: - d'elaborer un outil mettant en evidence la relativite des schemes conceptuels utilises par les sujets parlants; - de tester cet outil en classe, en fonction d'une demarche interculturelle. Les resultats obtenus suscitent l'interet d'une etude prenant en charge les autres types de realisations lexiculturelles, et permettent d'envisager la meme recherche dans d'autres contextes linguistiques et culturels.
