The purpose of this work is the study of the syntaxic structure and the stylistics of four novels by Julien Gracq, stemming from the sentence. The first part deals with the different clauses: independent, main and subordinate ones. The second part deals with the stylistic device - direct or reported of free reported speeches. A third and last chapter will involve the rhythm of the sentence - the accurate order of the words, the prosodic organization of the sentences, the length of the sentences. All these analyses will conclude in favor of an evolution of Gracq's style, each novel being relevant of a sheer particular way of writing.

Cette étude porte sur la structure syntaxique et stylistique des quatre romans de Julien Gracq, en partant de la phrase. Une première partie étudie les différentes propositions - indépendante, principale, subordonnée-, une deuxième partie le procédé du discours- discours direct, indirect, indirect libre-, une troisième et dernière partie le rythme de la phrase ordre des mots, organisation prosodique de la phrase, longueur des phrases. Toutes ces analyses concluent à une évolution du style chez Julien Gracq, chaque roman correspondant à une écriture particulière.
