Abstract EN:

Everything empties itself in the imaginary worlds of samuel beckett and eugene ionesco, and even their dramaturgy. All they present to the spectator is nothing but a fromless and denuded body. Their cosmos, their dwellings, their beings, in short, no texture resists to the spiral concentration of the void. Presenting a boneless theatre which negates all other theatrical values which are so far known. The resulting squelette can hardly be put on stage without a major risk of desintegration. The tragic therefore emerges from the heart of the drama amidst torments or tortures and the turpitudes of life. It also unceasingly tends towards the zero degre, a breaking point, well beyond where everything seems to efface itself.

Tout se vide dans l'univers de samuel beckett et d'eugene ionesco, meme leur theatre. Ils ne nous presentent qu'un corps informe et denude. Le cosmos, les demeures, les humains, en fait, aucune texture ne resiste a la spirale concentrationnaire du vide. Presentant un theatre desosse niant toutes les valeurs theatrales hautement reconnues jadis, le squelette qui en resulte peut difficilement avancer sur scene sans un risque notable de desintegration. Le tragique emerge alors au coeur du drame, au milieu du supplice ou des turpitudes de la vie et tend sans cesse vers le degre zero, le point d'orgue ou tout semble s'annuler.
