Abstract EN:

This dissertation is a close analysis of hart crane's poetics of restlessness. First part focuses on intertextual procedures, with special references to rimbaud, blake and whitman, as ways of destabilizing the poetic voice. Part two speaks of the rhetorical figures creating the 'elusive idiom' crane tried to invent. Part three catches the links between the poems and other forms of art such as music, danse, painting and photography.

Cette these analyse le caractere vagabond de l'oeuvre du poete moderniste hart crane : une errance intertextuelle (rimbaud, blake, whitman) visant a ebranler toute origine stable de la voix poetique, les figures rhetoriques qui fondent ce caractere fuyant de l'idiome, enfin les manifestations d'une esthetique mobile tendant a identifier le poeme a une partition musicale, une choregraphie, un tableau ou une photographie.
