Art du filtre dans l'habitat : design d'espaces pour du design de lieux, une pratique d'art impliqué

My own practice as a creator forms the subject of my research in applied arts : I devise and produce coloured filters of composite textiles; flexible translucent pieces fixed or movable according to their disposal which the colours are adjusted in the living space according to the light and surrounding hygrometry. I gave a social context into my questioning, a cultural context to my space and place design practices. I took into account poi͏̈etic share (the "make the works") and also an aesthetic of the receipt. Man can't live in the world only by giving a meaning to a territory. I analysed the role that my creations could have in the relation between the occupier and his living place, between the occupier and me. The issue is to show how the semantic values of these objects can favour the emergence of new practices of living, of new dialogues. I'm trying to contribute to the analysis of the complex consistency, which binds habitat, occupant and creator.

L'objet de ma recherche en arts appliqués est ma propre pratique de créateur : je conçois et réalise des filtres colorés de textile composite, pans flexibles translucides fixes ou mobiles selon les dispositifs dont les couleurs se modulent selon la lumière et le taux d'hygrométrie ambiant. J'ai donné un contexte social à mes questionnements, un contexte culturel à mes pratiques de design d'espaces et de design de lieux. J'ai considéré la part poi͏̈étique, le "faire l'œuvre", ainsi qu'une esthétique de la réception. L'homme ne peut habiter le monde qu'en donnant du sens à un territoire. J'ai analysé le rôle que mes créations pouvaient avoir dans la relation entre l'habitant et son lieu de vie, entre l'habitant et moi-même. L'enjeu est de montrer comment les valeurs sémantiques de ces objets peuvent favoriser l'émergence de nouvelles pratiques d'habiter, de nouveaux dialogues. Je tente de contribuer à l'analyse de la cohérence complexe qui lie habitat, habitant et créateur.
