This study is composed by three catalogues containing the majority of the written and archaeological sources, as well as the iconography concerning the permanent and temporary commercial installations. We have also looked for the vocabulary used by the Ancient Greeks and have established a modern terminology. We have followed the evolution of the commercial installations from the geometric period to the fourth century B. C. The study of the temporary installations has revealed their importance and has brought us information on the product that were being sold. The permanent installations have been classified by category. We have also studied the product that were being sold and the distribution of these installations in the cities, where the sources available enabled us to do so. We also studied the jurisdiction of the temporary and permanent installations, trying to find out who were their owners and how they were ran.

Cette étude est composée de trois catalogues où l'on a rassemblé la majeure partie des sources écrites iconographiques et archéologiques concernant les installations commerciales temporaires et permanentes. On a retrouvé le vocabulaire utilisé par les Anciens et on a établi une nomenclature moderne. On a suivi l'évolution des installations commerciale de l'époque géométrique au IVe siècle av. J. -C. L'étude des installations temporaires a demontré leur importance et nous a renseignés sur les produits qui y étaient mis en vente. Les installations permanentes ont été classées par catégories ; on a également étudié les produits qui y étaient vendus ainsi que la répartition de ces installations dans les villes, là où la documentation disponible le permettait. On s'est aussi intéressé au statut juridique des installations temporaires et permanentes ; on a essayé de retrouver leurs propriétaires et de voir comment elles étaient gérées.
