L'objectif de ce travail est une discussion de la these commencement accepter selon laquelle l'etat chinois de l'epoque imperiale tire son origine du systeme familial et qu'en consequence l'etat et la famille sont identiques du point de vue de l'organisation. Nous essayons de demontrer qu'a l'inverse c'est l'etat qu'est a l'origine de la famille qui calque ses principes d'organisation de ceux de l'etat. Cette constation nous permet de comprendre pourquoi la theorie de confucius a pu sous-tendre l'organisation familiale traditionnelle chinoise et predominer tout au long de l'histoire imperial jusqu'a la fondation de la republique. Throughout this thesis, we discuss the opinion that the chinese family system at the time of the imperial era does not imply, as is generally believed, that the state originates from the family and that the state organisational principles are identical to those of the family. In essence we have found an inverse phenomena : the state is at the origin of the family and the family organisational rules are based on those of the state. This establishment of this fact leads us to understand how the theory of confucius could have supported the organisation of the family in traditional china and stayed dominant throughout chinese history until the foundation of the republic.
