Monograph on apollo's shrine in daphne, suburb of antioch-on-the-orontes. This study is on attempt to highlight different aspects of appolo's cult founded by the seleucid rulers in this prime sight, and in particuliar the rituals practised around the spring of castalia. The history of the cult takes into account the relationships between seleucid royalty and the shrine as well as the important role the religious life played in the municipal structure. The shrine became widely known throughout the east and its history, which started with the founding of antioch in 300 b. Monographie sur le sanctuaire apollinien de Daphné, faubourg d'Antioche-sur-l'Oronte. Cette étude tentera d'éclaircir différents aspects du culte d'Apollon inauguré par les Séleucides dans ce site privilégié, et en particulier les pratiques oraculaires autour de la source Castalie. L'histoire du culte prend également en compte les rapports entre la royauté séleucide et le sanctuaire, puis à l'époque romaine le rôle de la vie religieuse dans le cadre municipal. Le sanctuaire a connu un grand rayonnement dans tout l'Orient et son histoire qui débute avec la fondation d'Antioche en 300 avant Jésus-Christ se prolonge jusqu'en pleine période chrétienne, à la fin du quatrième siècle après Jésus-Christ.
